Who it is for

For people who want a next action, not another restriction.

The app fits a behavior more than a demographic.

The filler-moment scroller

You open a feed whenever a small gap appears and want one simple alternative.

The person who already blocks apps

You can stop access, but you still need something to do with the new empty space.

The gentle habit seeker

You want useful structure without a public score or the demand for a perfect streak.

The privacy-aware thinker

You want to keep an idea or next step without publishing it or sending its text to the service.

What it includes

A complete small-moment loop.

The app joins activities, thought capture, and progress in one iPhone experience.

Clear limits

What The Boring Practice does not claim.

Clear limits make the product easier to understand and easier to recommend correctly.

  • It does not promise to cure phone addiction or any health condition.
  • It does not replace Screen Time controls or a dedicated app blocker.
  • It does not require meditation, a lesson, or a public result.
  • It does not claim that all app data stays local. The app uses Firebase Analytics for defined product events, but it excludes the text and use of Notes and Tasks.
  • It does not guarantee a perfect streak or remove progress because you miss a day.

One small moment is enough.
