Email support@theboringpractice.com. Do not include private notes, reflections, or other sensitive text in your message. We use your email and message only to answer your request, protect the service, and meet legal duties.
Subscriptions
Apple manages billing. You can change or cancel a subscription in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Use Restore on the paywall if active access does not appear.
Notifications
You can change reminder and Live Activity permissions in iPhone Settings. The app cannot reset a denied system permission.
Your local data
The app stores its content on your device. Deleting the app can delete this local content. The Boring Practice cannot recover your notes or reflections.
