The space after the feed
A blocker can close an app. The Boring Practice helps with the small empty moment that comes next.
The Boring Practice is an iPhone app for short, quiet breaks. It suggests a simple activity, gives you enough structure to begin, and then lets you leave the screen. If a useful thought appears, you can save it as a Note or Task. There is no public feed, social score, or perfect result to produce.

A calm boundary
The app treats what you write differently from basic product analytics.
The text, title, content, type, status, and use of your Notes and Tasks stay on your device. The Boring Practice does not upload or sync what you write, and it cannot read it.
